Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, returns are accepted only if the wig is unused and unaltered.

To qualify for a return:
• The wig must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• Lace must not be cut
• Hair must not be dyed, bleached, toned, or chemically treated
• No styling products, odors, or signs of wear
• Hygiene/tamper tag must be fully intact

All returned wigs are thoroughly inspected upon arrival.

Once your returned wig is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued within 3–7 business days. Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

Used or Altered Wigs

For health and safety reasons, used or altered wigs are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes wigs that have been tried on beyond a brief fit check, had lace cut, or show signs of wear.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for unused wigs that meet the return conditions above. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
