1. Are these wigs heat-safe?
Yes! Our synthetic wigs can handle low to medium heat (up to 180°C/320F) for curling or straightening. Always use water as heat protectant.
2. Can I use heat tools on my wig?
Yes! Our wigs are heat-safe up to 320°F / 160°C]. Always use water as a heat protectant spray and avoid using excessive heat to prolong the lifespan of your wig.
3. Are your wigs suitable for people with hair loss or medical conditions?
Absolutely! Our wigs are lightweight, breathable, and designed to be comfortable for all day wear.
4. How do I care for my synthetic wig?
• Gently detangle using a wide-tooth comb or wig brush.
• Wash with cold water and a mild wig shampoo.
• Air dry on a wig stand
• Avoid prolonged sun exposure to prevent fading.
• Store on a wig stand or in a breathable bag when not in use.
5. Can I color or bleach my wig?
No. Synthetic fibers cannot be colored with regular hair dye. Attempting to bleach or dye may permanently damage the wig.
(You can use a color hairspray like the L’Oreal Magic Touch to darken roots but seek professional advice before attempting it).
6. Will it fit my head?
Yes! All our wigs have adjustable straps to fit most head sizes comfortably. We resize wig caps (usually to a smaller size) on request at no extra costs.
7. Can I sleep, swim, or exercise in my wig?
We don’t recommend it. Use a wig cap for workouts to keep it secure and clean.
8. Can I cut or style my wig?
Yes! Low-heat tools are safe, and trims can be done—professional styling is recommended for major changes.
9. Do you offer custom colors or styles?
Yes! Contact us for custom orders—we’d love to help you create your perfect look.
10. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene reasons, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges on any wigs that has been tried, combed or stretched , tags taken off. Please contact us for any assistance.
11. Can i move the parting on a lace wig?
Yes! You can move the parting, but only within the area that has lace. The part you see in our photos has been styled for display purposes, so you can adjust it slightly to suit your look.
12. Can your wigs be worn without glue?
Yes they can. Most of our wigs have supporting combs and straps inside the cap to secure your wigs. For extra comfort and security, we recommend using wig grips to keep the wig in place without glue, reduce slipping and sliding, protect your hair and scalp.
